The Mission Eatery Restaurant
My Role: Lead Photographer
I worked as the lead photographer for The Mission Eatery, a local restaurant in Toronto. This project involved capturing various aspects of the restaurant, including the exterior, interior decor, backyard, and their signature dishes.
Client Communication
Before the shoot, I communicated extensively with the client to understand their vision and the specific effects they wanted to achieve. We discussed the restaurant's orange color scheme and how it should be highlighted in the photos.
Photography
During the shoot, I focused on capturing high-quality images of the restaurant's exterior, showcasing its inviting entrance. I also photographed the interior decor, emphasizing the unique design elements and cozy atmosphere. The backyard was another key area, where I highlighted its appeal as an outdoor dining space. Additionally, I took detailed shots of their food, presenting each dish in an appetizing and visually appealing manner.
Post-Production
In the post-editing phase, I incorporated the restaurant's orange color scheme to enhance the visual consistency and appeal of the photos. This involved careful color correction and adjustments to ensure the images accurately represented the restaurant's brand identity.
Outcome
The client was highly satisfied with the final photos. They used these images on their website, Google My Business page, and other media platforms for promotional purposes. The high-quality visuals helped enhance the restaurant's online presence and attract more customers.
